Common questions

How many free calculations do I get?

5 successful calculations each week. The count resets Monday at midnight in your device's time zone. Opening saved ideas, editing inputs, and exploring a result don't use a calculation.

How do I restore Unlimited on a new device?

Sign in with the Apple Account you bought it with, open Settings in the app, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my saved ideas stored?

On your device. Deleting the app deletes them. See the Privacy Policy for what the app does and doesn't send.

Can I see the tutorial again?

Tap the lightbulb on the Calculator or Results screen. To replay onboarding, go to Settings.
